Why are we doing this?
PUL stands for Power Up Learning. That is what we intend to do with the use of laptops as a teaching and learning tool. Today's student must be ready to compete and work in a global and highly technical society.
Our goals are:
- Students will attain higher levels of academic achievement
- Students will demonstrate a higher level of technology literacy
- Students will be more engaged in their daily educational expeience
- Students will be more prepared for college and tomorrow's workforce
- Teachers will use technology as a tool to promote more inquiry and problem based learning.
